Ordered a large amount of plant based products and received the animal ingredient variants of all of them, terrible service from staff who obviously don't care. Multiple incorrect items as well.

They gave me the wrong order, completely different pies to what I asked. I discovered it too late because you can't see what is in the pies unless you bite into them or open them to see what's inside, and I was already back home by the time I discovered it. The staff there have no idea what they're doing.

Bought 2 donuts. Both stale. Straight in bin. Contacted Pie Face on 15/3. Still waiting for a reply, hence the1 star for quality of product and quality of after sale service
