We would like to thank the Alpha Team for a great experience with our recent purchase of a Garden Shed. They provided the best quality product and backed it with great service. Even though it was only a small project we received a lot of assistance from the sales team right through to the final installation. We would like to thank Georgia in particular for her help with arranging installation and Roger who installed the shed in a quick and efficient manner,

My family and i have been dealing with Alpha for 30 years and have purchased 25 sheds, carports and verandas over this time, and have always left everything up to them , from planning, design, council and install, and always found things went smoothly at a great price, highly recommended and worth the wait.

If possible, I’d give ‘0’ stars. Went directly to premises, spoke with salesperson ’Loui, provided all details for a huge shed. Loui, did all the right things - took notes and my details. Was informed will be given a quote on Monday, we visited on Wednesday.Well, Monday came, no correspondence. I called and was told that part of quote will be sent via email to me.Don’t know whom he sent, if he sent as Loui lost my details on all accounts.Pointless contacting again, if they were professional enough, my details of everything would have been within his sight.Would I recommend, No. There are other industries to whom you can go to. We went elsewhere, where you are taken into consideration.Too bad Alpha, it is your loss on a $30k + job.

Good Quality sheds; if they get it right.I purchased a 9x12m shed from Alpha, they delivered the shed ahead of schedule and the shed is built from quality materials. However had a few issues of which the customer care was severely lacking.First issue was once I paid the deposit the employee would not provide any details of the shed/footings etc until it had been built stating they were unique for every job" which meant we couldn't prepare the shed base or dig the footings. Once the shed arrived I was provided a generic table/data which is used across all their sheds. The drawings didn't line up with the shed I purchased with the plans

Changed my review as shed has leaked from day dot through incorrect sky lights, i raised the issue after first rain and have been trying for 18 months now to have the issue rectified.The lady in charge was very rude and disinterested, finally after the installer backed me up sheets where delivered and dumped in the middle of the drive, i moved them inside to avoid damage, they have since been in my shed for 4 months and there installer has not returned and they will not send any one else.Very disappointing.I also returned to get a quote on a second shed as i do like there sheds... the sales man was very disinterested this time as Andres the sales man mentioned below in first review has left. He never sent me a quote and i tried to follow up. We recently had a large double carport (freestanding veranda with Dutch Gable on Front and Rear) erected by Alpha Industries. Salesman Andres was extremely friendly & professional. The job took 3 months from the initial consultation to installation, this was mainly due to the Council Approval - Christmas Holiday/New Year etc. Installer Mark was very experienced and friendly, did the whole job on his own (quite impressive). We are extremely pleased with our purchase and would certainly recommend Alpha Industries to our family & friends and indeed any member of the public who are interested in this type of product

We're really happy with our 5.5m by 5.5m shed that Alpha built for us early in 2018. Very solid, quality construction. Andres was great in helping project manage the process from council approvals, shed manufacture, installation and slab pour. Great value for the quality compared to the others I looked at.

Plenty of parking and friendly service. Theyre not afraid to say what will be expensive and done better by others while taking pride in the work they conduct. Reputable and considerate sales

We needed a large shed on a tight budget. Damian Lockwood was our sales consultant at alpha Industries. He went above and beyond to help us at every stage. This included multiple quote write ups and probably up to 100 emails and phone calls.Even when we made a mistake on the build request he was trying to help to rectify the issue. Highly recommend alpha and Damian.Thanks again

Deleted 1 previous review at reqest of Alpha Industries who relented and gave a refund on previous contract. Had signed contract for different product earlier. Now finding certain sales staff difficult to deal with. Requested if shed could be pushed through production because of my medical condition. Now finding that because I cancelled 1 contract the second is being delayed by belligerent staff.Regretting ever making contact with Alpha Industries Adelaide.My recommendation is not to deal with them.
