Bought a Sinn 104 from Define and I recommend them, especially for an online purchase. Peter was happy to answer my questions over the phone, the attention to detail with packing was second to none. To my surprise upon unboxing the watch was set to the correct time and date - incredible.The Sinn itself bettered my expectations and I am a massive convert.

Recently purchased a Sinn 856 from Peter and Lydia via their online store after chatting with Peter about stock availability. I put down a deposit to secure one of the next batch they would receive and much to my surprise I only had to wait about 3 weeks for this very popular model to be sent from Germany.The watch was very well packaged and protected, much more so than from any other retailer I have done business with and it arrived to Melbourne from Noosa in 1 day. The watch itself is running at a very consistent +2 seconds per day which is in line with its top grade SW-300.Overall very happy with my experience and will be a repeat customer if Sinn release something else that satisfies my desires. I’ve ordered an item online and I’ll admit I was a bit nervous about doing so for a watch, but Peter promptly answered all my questions and concerns. It was shipped the morning after I placed an order and arrived the next day. I couldn’t be happier and props to Define Watches for selling from smaller, more interesting brands than the usual selection. I’m loving my Sinn 551!
