Wow how good does this store look. Nice and bright, huge variety of gift & homewares. I went to buy an adult mandala colouring book but sadly there weren't any. None I could find anyway. Young girl on checkout was very friendly, nice change.

The helium balloon service was beyond excellent. The girls were lovely and went to a lot of trouble to help me. The fellow in charge was very helpful also. I will return there next time I need helium balloons. They also have a great range of fun party stuff. The shop is enormous. I love it.

I love this store but I’m disappointed that you don’t ship interstate and I have to come to QLD to bring my things home to VIC

Went in to find birthday supplies with the shop being as big and amazing as it is now I couldn’t find what I was after. But Talia helped me find everything amazingly!! And had such a bubbly beautiful personality. Best service I’ve ever gotten I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you Talia for the wonderful service

It is sad that I find it is only my duty as a loyal customer to leave this review. This particular review is only based on my experience today 1/12/21. Never in my experience in the years of working retail management have ever been in a situation that I have found myself, as a customer, in today. You have to be careful when shopping here because even if the price tag says one thing, whatever it scans up on the register, THAT is the price they will stand by AND THEN they will blame customers for switching the price tags. In what world does any REAL customer have the time to do that? Yes I know there are some people who are willing to go to the extremes just to get by, but this woman did not even offer to take responsibility and honour the price I saw but instead refused to take responsibility of it possibly being an EMPLOYEES fault. By doing this in front of EVERYONE, she made it seem that my two toddlers and I were the culprits. MAYBE the employees should double check that they do their job 100% so that this would never happen again.It was only a couple of dollars difference but she could’ve handled the situation differently and more professionally rather than childishly blaming someone for someone else’s mistakes.

The best choice store by far.This store is extremely well stocked with plenty of space to move around. Their variety of goods makes it a worthwhile specific destination. The goods are priced fairly and you will find an abundance of choice from giftware to craft supplies. It's always a pleasure to shop here as there is ample parking and a beautifully clean air conditioned space to walk around in while browsing and shopping.The only thing missing is a good cafe/coffee shop.

Good variety of usual products. Be careful of dog products, most are well priced and good items, except for the dog harnesses and doggies jumpers - they are not true to size and not worth buying as they don't exchange. Also I bought a squeaky soft toy that was broken down by a small dog in 10 minutes and caused her to vomit. Could have been alot worse if I'd left her alone to play.

We just bought Helium balloons for my mums 70th birthday and the service was incredible, Tahlia (I hope i've spelt that right) was so friendly and helpful, even though there was people behind us in line she took her time to make sure everything with the balloons was perfect! will be coming back for more birthdays for sure!

The shop is great, but you need to work on you website page, trying to find simple products on the webpage is non existent, how do you only show 3 balloons on the page knowing you have 100s. Step up your game people...
