I had my amplifier repaired and now it works again as it was a expensive amplifier in its day and nowi can enjoy the music once more as service was outstanding and would recommend him as man to see.

Waited 4 weeks and heard nothing so I called them and was told still waiting on parts, then when I asked more questions they said ‘do you want to come and pick it up Cobba’ - rude and unprofessional, considering I was sent there by Harvey Norman you have to wonder whether it’s worth using them ever again... simple communication completely absent. I did eventually get my part back fixed so thank heaven for that. Upgraded to 2 stars

Very happy with the service from these guys! A repairman came to my home for a VERY reasonable price and repaired my tv for me! Very nice guy, great service and very good price! Highly recommend!

I took my subwoofer to these guys, 6 months later I gave up waiting for them to fix it. I then gave the subwoofer to a guy from my work who was interested to have a look. He fixed it in a couple of weeks. The store was just not really interested or motivated to fix it. They charged me $85 to tell me the issues (kind of) and were happy enough just to right the unit off. If you like you gear, and really would like it fixed I recommend you don't take it to these guys.

Brilliant service. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. The turn-around time was extremely short. I can recommend HES without any reservations.
