Service was no good. Nails turned out ok… but got rushed and pressured to choose a colour.. the girl was not kind what’s so ever.Very rough, kept flinching as she kept burning my nail with the tools.

I went there to get my nails done.Owner did it so much in rush.All nails very bumpy.some are thick some are thin..I got cracks and sparkle just came of within couple of days.See the picture how it is looking within a week,all brocken and ugly.I am so disappointed after paying $65 for this rubbish quality. Never ever going back there.

Pedicure seemed very rushed, done in under 30 mins and not the best job I've ever had. $50 seems steep for a basic Pedicure, serves me right for not asking price

Always have such a lovely time getting my nails done. Also they last so much longer from here.

Terrible experience! The girls and owners here will randomly decide what price they want to charge you for a service on a whim based on how you look or if they feel they can get away with ripping you blind to take a chance. All nail spa's across Brighton, SouthLands etc charge a fair $40 for a shalac pedi, which is industry average. The first time I went to this salon 3 weeks ago they charged me $45 for a shalac pedi and then charged me an additional $1 for using a card which is an illegal practise as stated by the ATO. Today I went back and they wanted to charge me $50 for the same pedi and could not explain why they increased their cost suddenly and why they are the most expensive nail spa in Australia. Thieves who don't care about fair business practice and customers!

Amazing customer service!! I bought my niece and daughter in and we all had pedicures and sns. Everyone walked out feeling fabulous and absolutely loved the technicians, they were so accommodating, kind and friendly! Beautiful neat and comfortable salon. Will definitely be attending again xxx

Owner of this establishment is a sweetheart. The ladies do a perfect job. I love getting my mani pedi here, and my girls love the way they do their sns.

Very disappointing visit. I get my nails done here all the time and I have no complaints. The ladies are generally lovely. However this time was different. A new lady did my nails, shellac and it was clearly a poor job. The paint was thick and lumpy and showing layers. My skin around the nails was overly filed making my skin burn even after a week now. It was end of the day and I was the last one. So maybe it was a rushed job. I didn’t say anything however when asked if I liked it I did say I was unhappy with the job apologetically as I felt bad to have to say this. Shockingly both the owner and the lady that did my nails just turned the whole thing on my making it appear that nothing was wrong and I was blind. I was stumped!! So I started explaining the issue and showing the problem areas And then even more shockingly I was just rushed out being told “ we are closed, come tomorrow”. I was literally just asked to leave. During all this the third girl was quiet and just kept looking .. it was clear she agreed with me possibly. This is the worst customer service I have seen or the worst way I’ve been treated!! Not acceptable. I wasn’t going to leave a review at start however even after a week I’m staring at my nails and sad as this is my birthday week! Please be aware people: this place treats you disrespectfullly if there is a disagreement, possibly due to lack of communication however still not acceptable!!!

So after going to Springvale for years- we had to look for something local after moving to the area. Very surprised and it was great finding this place! Came on Saturday just before lunch and was not very busy - excellent! Very pleasant service and they took really good care of how they did my nails. Compared to Springvale, where they rough up your hands, bending them, scrapping your skin off etc, this was luxury! Clean, relaxing atmosphere. Recommend it if you’re from the area or near suburbs!
