Western Heritage Motor Inn
Rooms were large and clean, beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice, they had been renovated and made more modern definitely made an impression, location is at the end of the main street so short walk up the road to the shopping centre and food outlets so can't complain, customer service from gentlemen at reception counter do do with some improvement tho, was not very welcoming, didn't explain much anything or even which direction my room was, hardly said a word..besides that it's an OK place to stay while in town.

This motel continues to deliver ... Well appointed sizeable rooms with comfortable queen beds. Meals can be delivered while you entertainment is complete on a full sized TV with all the media channels one would expect. The restaurant is catered by attending waitresses keen to help you reduce that central Queensland thirst. Recommended as the place to stay in this busy mining town.

Visited the area to watch the Mackay Cutters play the Moranbah Miners. Decided to book last minute so we didn't have to drive back overnight. Friendly reception and very helpful when we had an issue with the door. Comfy beds, clean and welcoming

The booking experience was easy as was the check in when we arrived. A single trundle bed was promptly arranged even though the room was booked on Monday 27.3. Excellent service all round.

Finished a job in the area and needed a place to stay last minute, the clerk was happy to meet us after hours and very helpful. Room was huge with a King size bed and a double which were seperared between the bathroom giving good privacy for a share room. The shower was the best I've ever had for a road side motel, HUGE shower head with a surface area that covers your entire body, so good I had 2 showers!

It can be said to be the best motel in Moranbah, the room is large, clean and quiet, the bed is big and comfortable, the bathroom is very fashionable, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the front desk service is very warm, and the motel is still a large open-air swimming pool, so everything makes me very satisfied.
