There was a young lady staff in the self check out counter. Tall, short hair. We asked for help with one item that was being a little weird with the barcode scanner. She snatched it from my husband's hand before scanning it and flinging it into our bag before walking off without a word. We're from a few thousand miles away and came here to experience what Torquay has to offer - this was a disappointing encounter to say the least.We left at about 6pm. Monday night 6/6/22

Great Woolies that has everything you need. Stocked well. A range just about as good as any of the Melbourne ones. Air conditioning was great - a relief actually, as it was a boiling hot day on my visit.

Convenient location, good variety of food. Carpark needs a footpath so foot traffic can access with safety as cars are backing out into walkers. Totally unsafe.
