Transparent and Professional!!Mindful Homes did our top storey addition and we couldnt have asked for any better service. There were no hidden costs from the start, very professional staff and always timely communication, if not early.The site was always left clean and the whole build was absolutely stress free. After initial consulting quotes, we had no hesitation in selecting Mindful Homes to do major renovations to the bedroom, en-suite, front entry and alfresco areas. They were as the name suggests, attentive and creative working within our needs.The various aspects were finished to plan, on time and of the highest quality. Very happy with the quality of the works done . In a time when material and labour is difficult to find delays were inevitable however the project came in in a reasonable time. David was willing to work on a split project and help us when we couldn’t find workers being in the “country”. Very happy to recommend Mindful Homes .

Construction - Second story additionWe can highly recommend Mindful Homes for home renovations. Josie and David have transformed our pokey and small 1991 3x1 villa into a double story family home, creating open plan living on the ground floor and a master suite on the second floor including a lounge, home office area, master bedroom, large walk-in-robe, and an ensuite. The design of our second story addition is not only functional, it is creative and offers good street appeal.Josie and David provided excellent service and are fantastic to work with through each stage of the build from quote and design to construction and PC. We are impressed by Josie and David’s communication style and how quickly they respond to queries or issues on site.We lived in our home throughout the entire construction (with the exception of three weeks while the ground floor works were completed). David and various trades on site were very considerate of our family, including our two young children under 4. Josie and David achieved PC within our agreed timeframe even though there were rain delays, variations and unforeseen repairs on our existing house required.Mindful Homes have created a new home that has transformed our daily lives and enabled us to remain living in the suburb we love.We can’t thank Josie and David enough for creating an incredible family home that we will enjoy for many years to come.

After we made the decision to completely renovate and extend our small 3 x 1, we were faced with the decision of who to trust to do it. Having heard a few horror stories with larger builders we knew we wanted a boutique builder who would provide personalised service, flexibility and would listen to our wants and needs. We found this in Mindful Homes.David and Josie were fantastic to deal with from initial contact to final handover. Their professionalism made us feel at ease and they were extremely responsive and helpful with any queries we had throughout the process. We made a few last minute changes and even a couple during the build but nothing was too much trouble.The end result exceeded our expectations and our new 4 x 2 looks incredible!!! Thank you to David and Josie at Mindful homes! they helped us transform our baron wasteland of a backyard into a functional entertaining space including a brilliant outdoor kitchen, Bar, Pool table space, darts area, toilet and a adjoining workshop space, we were so happy we asked Mindful homes to keep going and complete the front yard! David and Josie are very professional, energetic, open, transparent and focused on delivering a quality outcome! we also enjoyed the team of trades who worked on the project.
