So, I have recently engaged Nina to prepare architectural plans for me for the proposed alterations and additions to our house. It's a difficult site, but Nina has met the task by providing a workable internal layout, that achieves our brief and takes advantage of the existing natural light, views and building form.She had also modelled external additions that takes advantage of the new internal layout and provides additional usable space that can be applied for both internal and external purposes by way of enclosing bi-fold doors. The room can be fully openable in the summer and closable in the winter, taking advantage of any weather scenario.We even migrated a difficult landscaping design that considered an existing garden slope and retaining walls to leverage a proposed pool location and she did it!I found Nina to be courtesy, responsive and knowledgeable, with a good eye for detail and workable solutions.I would not hesitate to recommend Haus by Nina.

Nina made the CDC process easy for us to understand. Nina listened to what we wanted and it came to life in our drawings. Nina is very quick to respond to any emails and questions, even after hours! We got approval easily, with no hiccups which is unheard of!!

We engaged Nina to draft architectural plans for the external redesign of our house including; the construction of a granny flat, pool and landscaping. Nina was fantastic throughout the whole process - she was able to help us navigate various regulations and codes so that we knew exactly what we were able to achieve in the space, she responded to queries promptly and worked collaboratively with our certifier, engineers etc. We also found Nina to be very competitively priced. Nina was engaged to draft plans for the construction of a double storey house.
