Excellent services. Recommended. Arrived on time and pretty quick with moving. All was well organized.Update:Initial review was asked immediately after job completion so thought I'll include some details now and update rating.First impressions were definitely good. I did notice later that couple of my furniture pieces had scratches, probably because they weren't placed properly in the truck. I also noticed a dent on my new house wall, due to moving things upstairs.I never received an invoice for final charges even after calling them separately. Calculations were rushed at the end to push for payment so they could get on to the next job. They count the whole hour for charges even if you are 10 15min into the hour and on top return hour charges are separate. I definitely felt this to be a bit unfair. Suggest you to thoroughly understand the rates and how they will be applied before agreeing to them!Apart from the above, i believe overall experience has been alright. They did arrive on time and were very efficient with all the packing. Managed to transport my 65inch TV perfectly fine! Would I use them again, maybe, bit 50/50 due to some of the issues mentioned above.

Highly recommend. These guys came to our rescue when our other removalist cancelled on us last minute due to COVID-19 restrictions. Very friendly, very efficient. Extremely quick to move our furniture.

Jim was extremely rude from the onset. Sent an sms to confirm the booking for the next day. Responded affirmative. I messaged 20 minutes prior to when he was supposed to arrive. He didn't respond. I called and then he said he would be able to make until later that evening or the following day. As you can imagine, moving house is stressful as it is. He was supposed to get back to me - didn't. Then stopped answering my calls and did not respond to messages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAR MOVERS AT ALL!!!

On time and our job was done fast. Fantastic service, highly recommend as they took great care of our furniture and were honest. Great prices too. Thank you.I wrote this review and then used them a second time! They were horrible, dints in my fridge and gauges out of my concrete dining table. TRIED CONTACTING THEM AGAIN AND NO RESPONSE.

Sandy and Jimmy from Star Movers have done splendid job of moving our household items. They were humble and very friendly throughout the job hours. They went extra mile to ensure that all our items are moved properly without any damage. I highly recommend their service.

One of the worst movers in Sydney. PLEASE do not move your stuff with these guys. Very unprofessional and unresponsive persons. I was trying to call and sending messages that guy regarding our invoice but not giving response or picking up our calls. Also he was lying that he sent me an invoice but I haven’t received anything. Highly not recommended.
