Dogge Lane Brighton

Very happy with Bear’s (my Labradoodle’s) haircut. Was previously going to pet barn it was getting far too expensive for an average cut and taking 4 hours. Dogge Lane was fair pricing, took half the time and he looks beautiful!! The shop is super cute and all the dogs were walking around without cages and seemed super happy. I think Joyce is a new groomer who did my dogs hair cut today - I was a bit nervous with it not being Josie but was still happy with everything! Also, Bear isn’t itching like crazy afterward so they definitely used the right products on him. Thanks guys! We will be back.

We took our Cavoodle to Bark for a face clip and she ended up with her entire face shaved so short she looked like a different dog. Not only was the owner's response was very dissapointing, but the staff were not very friendly and therefore we will not be returning to this business.Wow, what a response to a review from a very unhappy customer. Here are the attached photos of the clip from yesterday and the previous clip from your business and wonder why we are so upset. She looks like a completely different dog. I can assure you that we more than pay our way in society and have never taken advantage of any business. If I had of picked up our dog instead of my husband you would have gotten this reaction, instead I had to phone you because you had closed.

This groomer is very caring and willing to fix any issues without question ..highly recommended they do a lovely job

Hercules has been going for about 2 months and the ladies are so lovely and kind he comes back so nice and clean and smells so good. Merry Christmas and thanks again ladies great job

My dog was very well looked after and her little hair cut was just what she needed. The little bandanna was so cute too.

I only take my MinPin Gus to Josie to have his nails clipped (will be coming in tomorrow!) I am very happy with how he is treated and the friendliness of the staff. Josie also sells healthy treats! I think most if not all of the negative reviews here relate to the previous business, not the current one.
