Quite a nice practice, easy to schedule an appointmenton the phone, helpful reception staff. Dr Woo was very nice, patient and considerate with me (I read the other reviews, definitely not arrogant in my experience).

Unorganised and unprofessional! The wait time for my appointment yesterday was so long that people in the waiting room were walking out. I was supposed to have a follow up phone appointment today. After waiting 45 minutes for the call I contacted them and found out that my doctor had called in sick and my appointment had been cancelled. No one had called me to let me know and the lady on reception did not offer any form of apology.

DR Woo is extremely rude and arrogant, my 7 yr old was sick and in pain.. he couldn't care less ill never go back.1 star for the receptionist she was nice.

Dr. Woo - arrogant doctor. Travel to Lowood would be worth avoiding this clinic.

I'm new to the practice and find Dr Woo to be quite arrogant and dismissive but appears to know what he is doing. Don't know why he would ask me what my current cholesterol levels are (most Doctors don't tell patients that information unless the levels are high) when he could look easily health record to get that information, isn't that what it's for. The reception staff are great.

First time to the practice and wont be back. Dr Woo is very arrogant and seems to be very uninterested in the patient and just wants you out as soon as you arrive. My appointment went for all of 2minutes and half of that was him just talking down to me after curting me off mid sentence. He clearly doesnt like his job. Receptionist was lovely though - the only reason this isnt a 1 star review.
