Great service had to get new shirts for my new job and accidentally purchased the wrong design. The young lady was more than happy to exchange them for me and help me order another from another store.

Have purchased a few work shirts here as they’re the only men’s clothes that fit me from RB Sellars! Their size Small in men’s is huge in all their other products. Unfortunately they do not stock everything off their website in this store either, so choices are limited.RB Sellars makes men’s clothing way too big. A small can be down to my knees in their shirts, I wish they’d address this across a few of their products.

Walked in this afternoon and received absolutely no service. What happened to Dubbo hospitality? You missed out on a sizeable sale, RB Sellars. Unfortunately, there is no option for a zero stars rating.

Walked into the Dubbo store today to purchase Jeans. Zero customer service not even a greeting, sales staff to busy talking to each other. Wont be shopping here again. Very poor

Walked in to spend a decent amount on Christmas gifts… absolutely no customer service.Not even a greeting…2 staff members walked past me. Not even a smile.I walked out and spent my money elsewhere, where I received better customer service and a smile!!
