My dog ran away someone was nice enough to take him to these guys as he had worked off his tag and had no way of knowing who owned him unlike the Vet who can simply look it up on the database even though he's been there before.But instead of ringing me to collect him they rang the ranger who seem s nice enough but unfortunately had to fine me 220 dollarsgood one yeah I highly recommend you not

It is a welcoming experience to enter and have the caring staff take immediate notice of your pets predicament and empathise with you as well. We were ushered straight into the Vet who unfortunately confirmed what we already knew about our lovely cat and in a very sympathetic manner took away her pain. A bad situation eased by the lovely people here. Have nothing but the utmost respect for the Greencross staff here.

The vets are caring and professional.However in a recent visit I was charged $55 for a medication that is available for $11 online. The items were identical! I am happy to change my rating if the fee was made in error.I look forward to a response. Alex C

Total time 5mins...$93 consultation. $40+ for antibiotics. The male vet argued for 5 mins with the reception clerk about my file in front of me. Then to my dog. Had 3 attempts at trying to insert the thermometer in his rectum. Failed dismally and gave up. I suggested he try the ear thermometer but he refused saying the were no good. Okay. Are you going to look at the swelling on my dog's neck. He looked but didn't touch my dog at all. Said he thought it was an ingrown hair. I asked if he could drain the cyst on my dog's side. He refused. My regular vet in the country would have drained the cyst, examined the dog with care and concern. And certainly can insert a thermometer in his bottom. And I would have been given a real diagnosis.What?? Heard him tell the next person he has 20yrs as a Vet. Really? Tomorrow I am taking my dog to another Vet to get him better. Do not go to this Vet.

Great experience. Answered all my questions and were lovely when I expressed I had to have a famale vet because my husky doesn't feel comfortable with males. Will recommend.
