Fantastic service - called up about a new tyre for a caravan - had it in stock - booked it in - arrived and it was changed & on the tyre holder with new tyre within 15 minutes!Best service ever!

This is the worst place I have ever tried to deal with! It took 3 weeks for them to organise a baffle for my exhaust then when it was suppose to arrive and my car was booked in to have it installed it didn't show up again then they call and say yes bring my car in so I do and 4 hours later I call to see how things are going and they hadn't even started on it! The reception lady is rude and very unfriendly and the young blokes that work there are clueless and the ,manager just laughed at me! I do not recommend this company at all and will never return to them. They are unprofessional and unreliable and rude !!!

Absolutely incompetent. I went in for the simple task of getting sleeves fitted over my airbags. I was sent home from 1st visit because the wrong parts had been ordered. 2nd visit, they fitted the airbag sleeves, but got home to find one bag not working, the other one leaking. Took time off work to go back 3rd time, they didn't fix it. They had the car all day, went back at 4.30pm & they hadn't even looked at it. By 6.30, they brought the car out, said it'd been fixed & tested and said if it leaked again, its because the air lines were too short (basically washing their hands of liability). It's still bloody leaking!
