Best experience we've had with a delivery service. We sent 3 boxes from Melbourne to Canberra. Harshil helped us with estimates and even fixing up our boxes to avoid exceeding the weight limits. Very thorough service with all important information and instructions given promptly. Highly recommend!

I wanted to get my iMac sent off interstate and Harshil did an amazing job! Not only was it packaged extremely securely, it arrived to the destination in 2 short days. Harshil was even kind enough to give me a discount and he has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Fantastic service all round. Package travelled Oz to UK in under a week arriving as it left in perfect condition. Been a loyal customer with pack & send for so many years, never have an issue with them. Reasonable price with super reliable service. The manager, Harshil called me spontaneously to offer me a better way to organise the delivery as I use their service very often. This is how a business should be operated! 10/10 service!

Professional, Excellent and Friendly service given to be my Harshil in pack and send in Mt Waverley. Well experienced in the subject and helped me in numerous ways from packing to unloading and finding the best deals to move 20 boxes interstate. Highly recommend Mt Waverley Pack and Send. I’m so impressed with their service. They were so helpful, efficient and stayed in contact each step of the way when I had to get a basin sent urgently from Vic to Tas. They made sure my package was securely packed and arrived in one piece. Their quick service meant the basin was on the plane that night. I can’t recommend them enough. I will definitely use them again if needed in the future. Thank you Harshil for your help during a stressful time. My basin is already in and now ready for when my house goes to market and open for inspections.
