Franz and Anne are so professional, I love how I only have to attend an appointment and just sign the document as I always know that Franz has everything under control and he knows that I don't get everything about tax, but he always treats me with complete respect regardless of this...I have been with them for years and would never go elsewhere..also love Millie (therapy dog, unofficial)..she helps me relax...thank you so much Nowra Taxation Service...Jan

I've read some fairly negative reviews recently... But Let me say that hasn't been my experience, I've been getting tax done by franc for a few years now and the man has been nothing but professional, courteous and thorough.. And to back that up you have the girls out front, Ann is the one that comes to mind, same deal nothing short of professional and courteous...So until he retires, in there every year.

Make sure you read all the reviews and comments prior to seeing this tax agent as he is known to be rude and those who have told the truth about their bad experiences have gotten the same response back claiming they had never been a client. With so many good tax agents out there, find someone who treats the customer with respect.!
