The course was very well presented and easy to follow. Great group discussions and the instructor Ben was great in explaining the course, the regulations, and the responsibilities under the RSA, easy to understand, and I highly recommend the course. Thank you, really invaluable course for hospitality service.

was not excited for the 4 hour sit down although it turned out very beneficial and went extremely fast. Ben Trembath was very clear and was very funny, would certainly recommend.
