Fantastic products and a pleasure to deal with. Very prompted and professional service. Iv used their windows, doors shower screens, mirrors, robes and splashbacks in over 200 homes iv build in the last 5 years. Would not and will not go anywhere else.

Very poor and expensive product with no back up service .Paid good money for three Windows for what we thought was a good product.Two out of three windows leaked on the first rain and kept leaking.Rang lee from Albany Windows he said it was nothing to do with them ,no back up service.I had to pay a Glazier to come and fix the leaking window frames not only that had to take off the external wall lining and replace all the insulation.This manufacturer fault cost us alot of money, I would definitely NOT recommend Albany Windows.Very poor product for the price with no back up serviceI'm a qualified carpenter with over 30 years of experience .

Albany windows have fitted bifold doors at our home, & provided an excellent product, with impeccable service. They are the best tradespeople we have dealt with in Albany.There was a small issue with the doors a couple of months after installation, & they were around a couple of hours after I called, & solved the problem immediately. Very professional.
