I am so impressed by the respectful, transparent and clear communicated of Ray white unlimited Bondi beach. In our inspection Serena ensured that we could view the property twice, followed up our queries and was supportive in our application. She ensured that our new home would be clean when we move in and that it would be freshly painted. She has allowed the transition to be smooth and exciting. In all our communication with the property manager David Germane we have had consistent respectful communication. He has ensured that queries were followed up and that all aspects of acceptance has been positive. Amber has also ensured that we have the right information and replied in a swift manner. Moving can be problematic but I am so impressed and thankful to Ray white Unlimited Bondi Beach and highly recommend their professional and approachable nature.David GermaneAmber

DON'T RENT YOUR PROPERTY HERE. They managed my investment property and it was the most terrible experience. The property manager, David was a compulsive liar. Never notified me when my tenant moved out. Charged me for repairs that the tenant should have paid for. Made no attempt to advertise the property until weeks after the tenant left. Was extremely rude and never communicated with me. Don't rent your property with them.

Such a good experience with Ray White and in particular Amoula Kemeny, who is hands down the best agent we've ever had. She was so lovely, quick to respond and always made sure to look after any of our requests.

One time, I saw a Reddit thread that asked people from Sydney which Sydney suburb should be cut loose from the mainland. It was Bondi" as far as the hand could scroll. I have little doubt that places like Ray White Bondi are part of the reason why.Edit: You do a disservice to this supposed community by associating yourself with it. I definitely do not recommend having your property managed by this company. Although we had a long term relationship, I found their agents to be slow but cheerful until confronted with their own incompetence or misleading advice. Rather than an apology you will get lame excuses, or no replies.You can see this attitude clearly in their responses to criticism posted on this home page. It is consistent: They do not take responsibility for their actions. The customer, whether owner or tenant, is never right. I left them for a much more responsive and professional property manager. You should too. Beware!

I rented an apartment through Ray White Bondi Beach and my Property Manager Sabina was fantastic.If I needed any maintenance this was actioned immediately including an air conditioning replacement during one of Sydney’s infamous heatwaves. Sabina always responded to my emails professionally and was always friendly and more than reasonable. Ray White are lucky to have a young professional like Sabina working for them.
