Incredible hobby shop,Sacha's enthusiasm about his products & his customer service is second to none.He is a one stop shop from small entry level hot wheels painting, diorama building to larger more complex models and serious RC, he has it all.

A wide variety of models, tools and paint. A small shop with a big personality. Sasha was very knowledgeable and they do holiday modelling groups which is great for kids and adults alike. A great little local shop.

Fantastic service, the owner Sacha had previously worked in the Hobby section of Casey's Toyworld at Erina before deciding to open The Hobby Factory. His enthusiastic personality and knowledge of hobbies, in particular radio control cars, has resulted in a rapidly expanding selection of all things R/C car related...Personally since entering his shop, I have to say I have never known any hobby store to offer such unbiased free advice.The Central Coast r/c community is so much better serviced since the opening of The Hobby Factory!

again with the awsome service. absolute legend, had all the things i needed ready to be picked up same day, even entertained my 8 yo with the minecraft babble he was saying, even went to god tier and did a call after hours to help me mount a part i wasnt doing correctly. 10/10 will shop again

Owner was really approachable and helpful.New to the RC car hobby and needed a new transmitter, unable to help me out on this visit but took the time to explain why and what my options were without making me feel like a goof for not already knowing.Offered to order in the part I needed, but I was just passing through so it wasn't going to work out, but I'd gladly support this place.Also seem to offer some fun activities for kids/kidults, like constructing and painting your own hot wheels kits, which younger me thinks would be a sweet idea for a party!

Bought a esc combo from them, it NEVER worked. Complained about it in multiple messages no got no offer to rectify the issue. Down 300 bucks
