Sadly every time I have purchased food from here it’s been a really joyless experience.The food is always on the colder side of lukewarm, the carrot cake was pretty ordinary, the “Apple Crumble Pie” tastes like it’s made of coconut and the cauliflower broccoli pie was several shades of bad.The staff are polite though…

It was really a bad experience for me as I order cupcakes for my son's birthday from here they are not upto my expectations as I spent $80 for 20 cupcakes and it was not worth spending $80 on 20 cupcakes as they are so basic. There customer service is so bad the lady who serve me was getting irritated when I was specifying what type of cupcakes I need.They didn't provide you any choice as they think they have the monopoly as this is the only bakery in the whole town.

Went in there today to get myself an apple pie but didn't have any so had to settle with a frangipane tart. The lady who served me picked up the tart with her BARE HANDS! Gross! Is it so hard to use tongs or at the very least use disposable gloves to handle food???? Seriously!!!

I ordered and paid for a large batch of croissants here at 8:37 this morning. They said it would take 20 minutes. Perfect! Coffee and then grab the order and back for breakfast with all my friends. Nope, an hour and ten minutes later and they’re just ready
