Was visiting town and store looked to be much bigger than our store in Townsville. I usually don’t shop at Rivers but thought I would take a look since it looks to be a newer ‘format’ store. Staff on the day were friendly and they had a large selection of items including a few things I ended up purchasing.

This Rivers is quite different to other Rivers stores I have visited over the years. Looks as if they may be trying to go up a notch but need better quality and new stock first, can't just add $20 to the price of 6 mths ago!

Went past Rivers Bundy and we just happen to see shoes advertised out front. We went in but because I have a problem with getting shoes to fit me, we did not have much hope. After almost 30 minutes and stacks of shoes we found a perfect set of shoes. Many thanks to Mel who assisted us, she was incredibly helpful, bright, knowledgeable and cheery. In future we will return there. We recommend this business very highly.

A nice place to shop for reasonably priced clothing, shoes. A very bright airy shop with room to move around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy parking.

My wife bought me a pair of thongs from there that were too small. I went in to exchange them for a larger size of the same type and they refused saying that as they were on special, no exchanges were allowed. Pathetic excuse seeing as most of the store had discounted prices.
