Very rude, when asked why there are different prices for same umbrellas the person managing the stpre simply refused to sell...because they couldn't justify why they were charging more and one umbrella had 2 labels and he wanted to charge higher price. Total nonsense.

Staff are absolutely rude and hostile. They can't even greet you. It's like they are permanently constipatedNo care or emotion whatsoever.Minimum charged for electronic transactions which is pretty anticompetitive in the year 2023.Better off shopping at the reject shop.

On 18th of March this year, I purchased a small black umbrella. Yesterday on 23rd of March, the bottom handle blew out of the umbrella due to heavy wind. Today after 5pm, I took my receipt and umbrella to the store, and asked to exchange it. The woman said she cannot exchange it if it has been used. I asked, “Even if it is due to the weather?” The woman said that was correct and there is no warranty. Not a good experience.

I'd 2nd the reviews here. I can't understand why staff are so grumpy and unfriendly.Served by a well endowed dusky lady Friday morning, seemed like a lifeless corpse. No energy or enthusiasm. I said hello, no hello in return.Card payments have a minimum of $10. Which stores have that in the modern age of electronic payments?

The lady doing the billing was so rude (6 april -1:30). She didn’t had any patience. Not at all good customer service. She literally kept the item in a very rude manner while paying at the counter. Mannerless. Please give some respect to your customers.

Purchased few things over $50 but Asked shop if they can do exchange if size does not fit. Shop keeper was happy to do so. Came back to exchange and they refused to provide receipt for exchanged items. I asked shop if clock we exchange is not working how we going to exchange again? Shop manager told me trust me. And told us that he is doing BIG favour for us by allowing us to exchange the item first place. Never use these guys again!

This store deserves zero stars for customer service. The management and staff are totally heartless, dismissive and hostile. Don’t ever, ever go there, don’t buy anything and certainly don’t think to ask for a refund. Avoid like the plague. I absolutely regret going there and will never return. They don’t care.
