I've been doing group strength training sessions at The Long Run. Susan is a great instructor and definitely doing exercises I would never do by myself. I feel it is really helping my running and always keen for my weekly session.

Susan is a miracle worker. She gave me a strengthening and mobility routine that calmed my inflamed hip almost immediately and got me back to running, riding and swimming pain free again. I’ve never had physio results this immediate and pronounced before visiting Susan.
