Coffee was great but sadly customer service was not great the day I went there. I had high expectations after reading the reviews as I love locally roasted beans. But sadly I felt the staff was rushing (even though I was the only customer and it was mid morning) and would like me to go quickly :( Hope she just had a bad day. It tainted the taste of otherwise good balanced coffee.

I had a coffee at First batch for the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience. The coffee was fantastic, but what impressed me was the service. I watched at least 20 customers come and go and each one was greeted with a sincere smile and energy. I also believe they are one of the only, if not the only coffee shop in the Noosa area that uses SKIP.

There’s a lot of coffee roasters in this area and I’ve tried most of them. First batch is by far the best. I buy whole beans here for espresso and particularly like their organic single origin. Excellent coffee!

On a short trip up from Brisbane for an event and first I do is find out the place to go for a great coffee. My coffee did not disappoint. Made perfect and lovely service from the two ladies at the counter. What is even better was my small almond milk FW was only $4!! They dont charge for plant based milks. This is a winner for me. Highly recommend the drive out as I did. Thanks team!

Awesome coffee. It was a bit of a drive for us to get there but absolutely worth it - best coffee I’ve had in ages. Nice friendly team too!
