Ismail seriously knows his stuff! I needed a pre-purchase inspection done on a car I was planning to buy, which I flew down from Byron to check out. He was available to do the inspection at short notice and for a very fair price. His inspection on the car was thorough and checked stuff I didn't even know you can check. When the car at one stage wasn't starting properly, he immediately identified the cause of it and confirmed that it was a minor issue that I was then able to easily get fixed after buying the car. I'm very happy with the car and can definitely recommend Makanzi Mobile Mechanics.

Had a pre-purchase inspection completed, once I paid I was told the car is no good and has many issues. I've now been waiting for over a week to get a photo, report, invoice or something demonstrating the issues after many calls and messages.

We hired this guy to inspect a car, we paid full payment in advace to get a good service. However, a while later got a call saying that car is not good to buy. We have not been explained why it is not good. We asked for a inspection report as we had already put a deposit with the car yard to explain to them. I personally called him about 6 times on 3 days but always promises to send soon, did send check junk mail, do you have another email etc, but no place got any email. He also doesn't pick the call now. If I have to summarise in one word, total B*LLSH*T. Worst experince in a while. Talk talk talk, no output. Will still have to figure out to sort the deposit with the car yard. Beware!!

Best Service ever! Always go on time and gives good advices. Especially the one who went to my house and fix my car.

Never do my car services with them again. The worst and unrelaible mechanic ever. They even didn't issue my invoice even 4 times after I call him and messaged him then I gave up. ((Do Not Trust 5 STAR REVEW))

Went to a separate mechanic for an ABS issue. He did a scan and told me ABS pump is faulty and unit needs to be replaced, which would have been over 1k (for a second hand unit). He bashed the ABS with a hammer and said it made the light go away (it could have just been the ECU reseting and forgetting the fault codes, cos it has to be removed to access the ABS). Literally drove for 500m and the ABS light came back.I called Makanzi Mechanics in for a separate issue today, and not only did he resolve it, he got the ABS light to go away aswell! This wasnt a fluke too, I literally drove it around the block 10 times and couldnt get it to come back. Saved me $1000. Couldnt be happier.

Fantastic service, needed a minor logbook service done on my WRX. The team were able to come out to my house and do an easy handover and was super straight forward and professional. Highly recommend to all those in the Hills District.

Ismail repaired my Dads car ahead of schedule. He knew exactly what to do with my Dads Ford shifter problem. He clearly explained the issue and how the problem was fixed. Price very good for mobile mechanic. Highly recommend.
