I havent bought from them in a year as they would never send the drinks their pizza deals come with. Tried them for first time in a year tonight. Pizza was burnt to a crisp, garlic bread was cold and barely cooked. I got my drink this time but not the drink that i ordered. I rang to compain but they didnt seem interested. I hung up as i could see it was landing on deaf ears. Save your money, the cardboard box was tastier.

Customer service was very poor as the staff were just rude. Ordered a kebab, we received a wrap that wasn’t even put together well just a few ingredients chucked in a bag. My partner got the receipt chucked at him with an attitude. First time customers and sadly won’t be back again

Have had a couple of bad experiences with this establishment, ordered 1 kebab and was given 2 both wrong, they don’t listen to what you ask for.Rang through an order tonight to be picked up by someone else, when they got there, the shop denied having the order, the denial was so strong and rude, with no attempt to solve the situation. I rang back, and was asked are you sure you didn’t ring Ellenbrook…. Thankyou I will from now on. Lost my business, have also had pizza from here…. Very inconsistent and ordinary.

The Aveley Pizza And Kebab House is an amazing little establishment. Everytime I walk in there I'm met with friendly service. They actually listen to what you want (it is their job after all) and of you want hand made food with quality, this is the place. I've been going here nearly every week for a year and a half now, and they have never disappointed. I have great respect to the owners of this establishment, and may you be rich a hell for as long as possible.

Not the greatest experience, ordered 2 kebabs and a gozleme, the food looks ok and tasted ok, but a few hours later both my partner and I were on the toilet with extremely bad stomach cramps, it was the only thing we had really eaten all day so it had to be something in the food. I contacted them back for them to tell me to bring the food back, not something I really wanted to do feeling sick, Not sure if ill ordered again.

23/07/21 ordered 3 pizzas, called after an hour and a half of waiting, was told 10-15 minutes. Nothing arrived, called again after half an hour and was kept being put on hold or hung up on. Calls were then refused to be answered. Pizza arrived after 2 and a half hours. They were burnt. Chipped my tooth on a chicken bone.Called to let them know about their service in a more than polite manner for what I had received and was told “enjoy your pizza don’t come here again”.Previous to this I have never had a problem and have always enjoyed their pizzas.
