About the Business
South Solitary Island, Coffs Harbour | One of only two lighthouse islands in New South Wales, it is 18km from Coffs Harbour. Constructed in 1880 and are considered to be the oldest in the area. Not accessible to the public, automated and abandoned in 1975 it is under the care of National Parks & Wildlife.

Fantastic location to snorkel or dive. Jetty Dive is the best option to access the great marine park.

Have never been there as helicopter is the only way apparently. But I can see the island from my kitchen window and the light of the lighthouse at night is a comfort.

Lovely place. Have to get helicopter flights from Coffs Harbour. The island is a national park
