Odie is an absolutely awesome personal trainer. Walking away from sessions with her, I always feel like I've worked hard and also been taken care of as a whole person. The time flies! I always come away with a smile on my face and standing tall (and sweaty). I'd highly recommend Odie if you're looking for someone who will understand you, plan a session that delivers just what you need and is also a great person to spend time with.

Odie is a fantastic personal trainer who not only designs programs to increase your health and fitness, but also recognises and supports how this fits in with your daily life. Our training sessions with Odie don't feel like a chore, it's just like doing fitness with a trusted friend (who also loves our full family fitness fun/chaos!).
