Be careful when you dealing with them

Honestly the worst I have had to deal with ever!!! I had rented through them and there where multiple times my emails where going straight to the bin for no reason. My phone number was blocked as well as my partners and I know this because I would call of my phone and the line was busy then I would call off my works phone and what would you know they answered straight away I could understand this being a once off thing but this happend so many times . They would never fix anything I asked them to until I had to threaten them with legal action because the house was unliveable. None of them know what they are doing even to get my bond back they apparently sent me an email asking me to give them my details with ch I never recived! And when I did get my bond back it wasn’t in full like they said it would be honestly I am so done with this realestate I can even fathom how much I would recommend you to never touch this realestate with a ten foot pole. I could honestly understand this if I was a bad client I was never late on rent actually always ahead on my payments by at least two week sometimes a month. I work in customer service so I know I was always polite to them and never rude over the phone until it was the tenth email and call about a problem that needs fixing and I literally had to threaten to sue them because sewerage was pumping into my back yard. I have kept all my emails and can prove all of this so no this is not slander it is a fed up client who wants to warn you please don’t go through them they are not worth your mental health!!

Very helpful and polite. We did not end up applying for the rental that was shown to us but was one of the only Realestate agency's that would cater for the quite late viewing that we could only attend due to work.

Places are falling apart. Tenants are encouraged to move out or fix the houses themselves

Please do not trust that real estate at all. Please do not live with them.

Carly is an Absolutely rude person. Multiple occasions I have her on record screaming at me simply for bringing a issue to light about the property. Unprofessional to call a client a liar, annoying and countless of other things. Rent from other realtors who actually care about there clients. I'm going to be taking this to The Department Of Fair Trade. Dodgy, unprofessional and down right robbery.

please do not trust that real estate because they have been offering real poor housing room.My rent unit was real bad living place for over 40 years old without any repairing. every day, you can see a lot of cockroach everywhere. the FLOOR CARPET in the bedroom has been old and could not use for human living as there are many insect every where. I had to use insect sprays to do them every 2-3 days with insect attack. I told them to do repair but they did not do anythings.the fridge could not be used by human.the whole unit has been real old and could not offer for human living. I have spoke them for many times to repair them but they did not do any reaction until I moved it out. However, they just wanted to increase more rent and let you signs the unfair and false agreement.they also did not refund any correct amount of bond for you as they used the complete wrong excuse to take you bond out even though RTA was not real help.they could not offer that kind of place for the human to live. please do not live in that place. They are many good real estate in Toowoomba.please look at the previous reviews as well. many previous reviews have been said real bad feedback for that agent.please do not live that real estate and do not trust them.the real bad things are that they have started to take advantage from the disability peoples and poor income people.

I went through them almost 2 years ago and I'm still getting stuffed around by them to this day... I'm trying to get a place through other real estates and they keep telling me that I'm not getting accepted for properties, because young won't answer their calls, so they're holding me back and I've complained about this to them on a few occasions before!
