Balance Trailers

I bought a 7x5 cage trailer today and am very happy with it. It was my first time using a trailer so I didn't know anything about towing but everyone was very kind and very knowledgable. I'll definetely go here to get more trailers in the future. Thank you once again.

I purchased a small caged trailer and it works well and of great quality. The guys also made some small modifications without any fuss.The team have proven to be customer focused, ensuring that I was happy. Even when I had a problem a year later they insisted on helping me at no charge. That’s certainly a good business model. Great work.

We recently purchased an 8x5 - 3200kg trailer with cage. The service from Kong was excellent at all times right from the time of our first inquiry. We are interstate and he even sent us photos to let us know when our trailer was being loaded for transport- service not heard of else where. We have had several inquiries regarding the quality of the trailer and have recommended Balance Trailers each time. Thanks again for the good A1++ service and product.

Bought an 8x5, single axle, heavy duty trailer with cage. Good quality and a great price. Staff at Auburn were friendly and helpful and got back to me quickly with answers to questions. Would certainly recommend them.

I purchased a 6x8 one ton caged trailer with a mower loading ramp from Jian at Balance Trailers about 6 months ago. in that time it has travelled to country N.S.W and East Gippsland from Melbourne over 20 times and travelled around 10,000 k's all without one hiccup. The trailer was exceptional value compared to the others that I looked at and the hot dip Gal finish of a good quality. I am still impressed by its strong construction and the fact that it came with 3 brand new commercial tyres rather that crappy second hand car tyres on crappy second hand rims. I have had the trailer overloaded by at least 400 kg and it still towed and ran beautifully (towed on private property not the road). I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend to my friends Balance Trailers.

We bought a 8 x 5 tandem with 600mm cage this week from Balance Trailers. Jian did the sale for us. He was very helpful and professional, making it an easy process for us. We were very impressed with the overall business. The trailers are good quality, strongly well built.Much better quality than the other seller we went and visited in Clayton on the same day. Ordered a 12 x 6 cage trailer that I needed to be ready on a specific date so I could take it on the Spirit to Tassie after travelling over from Perth. The guys could not have been more helpful, everything was ready on time and the communication was great.Can't fault the service or the trailer.Fully loaded trailer made it back to WA without a problem.Very happy customer.

We bought a Balance Trailer 9X5' galvanized tandem last year and it's been a very good buy, exceeding our best expectations. It's sturdy and runs behind the car extremely well. The long draw bar makes it much easier to back up.One down side was that the trailer came with some remaining galv dip that formed sharp and dangerous points. However I later filed these off, so no problem.In general it's a great trailer at a good price. Some great optional features are the extra high 900mm cage and a loading ramp. I can't believe how handy that ramp is for loading furniture, my ride-on mower, other machinery etc.!In addition I decided to purchase the canvas cover kit, specifically tailored for this trailer. While it's been good in wet weather I have to say that it's not at all good when towing at high speeds. We found that at 80-100kph the wind pulled so violently on the Velcro (which covers the four corner-zips) that the Velcro stitching began to loosen up and now needs to be resewn.However on the whole, a great buy for anyone who needs something that can handle a heavy payload (ours is 2 tonne), sits well on the road and is galvanized for wet or damp weather.

Bought a 10x6. Love it. Great quality, can’t fault it. Kong was really good to deal with.
