Gemmill has given us the opportunity to build our own home in the area we like and chose. The process was simple and everybody we worked with was professional, smart and very friendly. The construction was done within a few months and we were very excited to move in after renting for just more than nine years. We are living in our own home now for just about five months and we are loving it. Thanks the Gemmill for this great home!!

We really enjoyed our building experience with Gemmill. Designing the house was an easy process and we were able to produce something unique based from the Big Value Range at no additional cost. Our Pre-start was a lot of fun, with many items to choose from and the showroom was well equipped. The build itself was done in a very timely manner with all tradesman of a high standard and no setbacks. At all times we were well informed and kept up to date through the building supervisor and the Gemmill Progress App. Look forward to the next build with them. Well done Gemmill Team

I am writing this review as my home is still currently being built or is it. We signed the contract in September 2021, and all that Endeavour Homes have achieved in the last 12 months is put a slab down, complete the brickwork and get roof timbers up. Meanwhile I am being fed every excuse under the sun, material shortage, labour shortage, weather conditions etc. As I drive around, I see every other home being built having steady progress, no material or labour shortages and some homes that started after ours are being lived in already. I have sent countless emails and had plenty of phone calls, every time I am fed the same excuse of unforeseen circumstances. I regret choosing Endeavour homes as our builder now, what can I do? The home next to mine being built by Blueprint is almost finished, I remember being told by one of the consultants that “we’ll overtake that build”. I’d love to see that now.I am tired of paying the mortgage while I pay for someone else’s, and with rent increases and interest rate rises, it’s getting tougher day by day. I have had to put so many plans on hold just to make sure I have money for bills and living.This needs sorting out!Phil.S

Gemmill Homes have been a pleasure to deal with. From planning through to construction and then handover, the process has been enjoyable and one that we will always have fond memories of. The standard of workmanship is very high and the attention to detail strong. We were working to a specific timeline and Gemmill managed to deliver the project in a timely manner while ensuring a quality build. The staff of Gemmill Homes are professional and always contactable with a strong consumer value focus. Lindy Webb was amazing when planning our home and Lance Leung ( Site Supervisor) delivered the project to a very high standard.

We have just completed a build with Gemmill homes. We had a great experience from start to finish. All the staff we meet were very helpful and easy to work with answering any questions and going above and beyond to solve any issues. We visited many builders before choosing Gemmill to build our first home and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Gemmill homes came to our rescue to help us rebuild our house after a fire in September 2018.We got the settlement from our insurance In August 2019 and Gemmil started the demolition in September 2019.We moved into our two story fully finished in April 2020The process was seamless and the quality of the work is of the highest standard.We are so impress with the work and the standard of service we would recommend Gemmill Homes every day of the week.The team is amazing. What an outstanding company with great values, honesty, transparency and integrity.Thank you for making our house so much better than we could have ever imagined after our loss.

PLEASE read the reviews before building with this company. You will see all the 4/5 star reviews are by customers who just got their keys…they have not yet lived in their new house! The customers who have lived in their house for 1-3+ years are giving bad reviews. We are no different, we have had in the past 5 years of living here significant cracking issues (small and large, to the point if we tried to sell our property we would loose money due to the issues), we have had a wall lift off the slab and the companies response has been really poor maintenance and customer service. Unfortunately the sales person who sells you the dream doesn’t care about the product quality they sell, to be honest they will no doubt be working for the opposition company they slammed to you, by the time your slab goes down! We have been so disappointed with the company and the workmanship we received. We have built before with another company and had no issues like we did with Gemmill (now Endearvour) Homes. We feel they rush, use sub-standard products and procedures, and trades. Trying to get the maintenance done has been painful and extremely stressful, we have had to spend alot of money to get our own reports done to give them, with ignored emails and extremely prolonged responses. The company cuts corners and are not equipped to build the houses they are selling you. Please investigate and do your research before you sign. I hope my review stops at least one person going through what we have.

That's frustrating ... called to check for Display home opening in Jindalee but again door is closed and no one turned up. This time the reason was that the car would have troubble and agent is waiting for ARC. Well, last time Covid was a reason. Not going there again and no way for me to deal with that company. Other group of peple had same experiences...
