This the best motel I've ever stayed in all the staff are nice and not only work as a team but as a family if you decide to stay here please tell the cleaners that you appreciate the work they as they are the life line of the motel they are the ones making sure we are set and if you need anything they are the hardest working people in the industry so please make their day by saying that you appreciate their work trust me it does work please consider this motel for your next holiday stay in Dubbo can't rate them any higher than 5 stars other wise I would

Very Friendly and Welcoming Reception, glad I called in. Rooms are spacious, and clean. Beds are so Comfortable. Free wifi for the kids to watch Netflix while you unwind with a cuppa after traveling all day. Will definitely stay again.

Everybody have their own views, but as per my experience traveling across the globe, this place was amazing. They were very up-to-date clean bathrooms were clean. The bedsheets were nice and clean. The beds were made. At the reception Young lady was very helpful. This was my first visit in Australia and I had a very great experience.Thanks for the management to keep there place very clean and friendly. From my side 5 starts

Such a kind a caring manageress who allowed us to remain in the room with a very late check out to assist my elderly parents. Very considerate and couldn’t do enough. Room was comfortable, quiet split system and comfortable beds. User friendly for disabled needs. Many thanks for your understanding and lovely staff.

Stayed here on a little weekender in early March. Great location, easy and convenient to city centre. Room was clean, bed was SO COMFY. Bathroom was a little dated, with a shower that was definitely only for one person. Overall, was very comfortable stay at Cascades.

Very friendly staff, free wifi, and excellent service. The rooms were spacious and tidy. It’s close everything with it all being within a 5 minute driving distance. We arrived late and they kept the reception open until we had arrived. The customer service is really good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bed was comfortable, room spacious.Unfortunately the bath/shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks with amount scum build up on it , and there was still hair I assume from the previous occupant in the hand basin. And biscuit crumbs on the bedside that was also missed by house keeping.

Great customer service. Really friendly and helpful staff.The rooms are spacious, neat and tidy. Beds are comfortable, the pool is wonderful, plenty of parking and convenient location.I would recommend this motel to anyone with a family. I Will definitely return again when I visit Dubbo in the future.

Excellent attend to details. Didn’t see the lady who spoke to us but very friendly manner. Linen, towels everything superb. Highly recommended! Great job guys!
