Definitely not going back to this store again and I do not recommend to anyone. Awful experience with them, had to keep showing them where they missed hair on my face. Uneven eyebrows. Did not trimmed correctly and the annoying part was unhygienic hands with strong smoke smell on them. Waste of money!

Never again and don't waste your time and money there....Wish I had read the poor reviews before going there, thought I'd give this place a go as i was rushing for time. Disregarding the fact its priced higher ($20) than other brow salons, the lady who attended to me for threading 'nicked' my eyelids several times and now I'm left with red angry spots where she must've pulled hair out the wrong way? I also had to direct her to thread hair underneath my arch where she's missed (which is glaringly obvious). I seriously doubt she's an experienced threader and for that price, I'll never go back again.

I wish I read the reviews beforehand..I had henna tinting done on the 01/08 and was told it would last 2-3 weeks. By the 06/08 I had noticed the stain was wearing off and called the place the next day but could not get through (understandable as it was a Saturday) tried the next day day, still no answer. Finally got through on Monday 08/08 only to be told that the lady wasn't in and to come the next day 09/08. Upon arrival I was told to wait 10" mins which turned into 20

I went there for eyebrow threading. The result wasn't bad but the attitude of worker was offensive. No greeting, no smailng, ok I understand that she might had a bad day, then why she was very welcoming and smilly with the next costumer. She charged me more and she didn't clean the hair after threading from my face and no cream or gel. I won't come back.

Don’t waste your time or money here. I’m not sure what the lady spent 15 minutes doing, but even after telling her that she isn’t actually getting any of the hairs out with the thread, as I could feel that nothing was happening, she continued to do nothing but go back and forth between thread and tweezers. My eyesbrows looked the same and after spending $20 I went home and did them on my own. What a joke.

Got my eyebrows done here and they were crusty and red for a week after and got a huge rash it was so itchy and painful I still have it now and my skin is falling of like dandruff Lol

Sometimes when im at northlands i like to walk past the store and see the monstrocity that they have done to some ladies eyebrows, it is a great laugh. I have also experienced a few customers walking out with caterpillars above their eyes and on the verge of crying.

** DO NOT GO HERE **I should have left from the moment I entered. From the time that I stepped foot inside the store the woman was disrespectful and cold. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because everyone has off days and proceeded to tell her that I only wanted a tidy up (I have been growing my brows for years and they are quite thick and I expressed that I wanted to keep them thick).She proceeded to thread my eyebrows and once she was finished not only were they extremely thin but they were also uneven. As soon as I started to tell her that my brows had been butchered all she offered was to make the other brow thinner to match. I had specifically told her that I wanted to keep my brows thick and simply needed a tidy up.She then offered no other compensation and charged me full price. I left the salon in tears and will now have to resort to pencilling in my brows, which I haven’t had to do for years and pray that they grow back after the damage she has caused.Absolutely shocking demeanour and I could have done a better job had I of taken a lawn mower to my brows.If you have any dignity or self respect avoid this place like the plague!!

Very very bad serviceI left my place for a pregnant woman and after finishing it was my turn.A new client came without an appointment and the lady start working with her and not tell me anythingI think she didn t like the fact that i gave up my place for a pergnant women. 0 humanity,0 service.I ll nerver come back

When I moved from Sydney to Melbourne I was lost without my usual eyebrow lady. I went to countless places and was always unsatisfied. I walked past one day and thought I would try them and I haven’t gone anywhere else since! Everybody that works there is lovely and professional and I always walk out with perfect eyebrows. I would definitely recommend.
