This is such a beautiful NP right on Wagga's doorstep. Stage 2 of the multi-purpose track is under construction so by late Spring 2022 it will add another great feature.

Good examples of the woodland types that used to cover much of the area. Quiet campsite (bring everything ) with only the call of birds. Roads are 4 wheel drive after the camp/picnic car park. There's a good walk/cycle/horse track that loops through the northern section from the car park.Dry at this time (Easter) but a mass of wildflowers from late winter through spring.

Beautiful untouched natural environment. The beauty on this glorious day we took the 4wd. The Grass Tree Trail was fantastic.
