Terrible customer service. The moment you say you will come back later as you don't have your device with you, the lady or ? owner all of a sudden became impatient. Work on your customer service! Lucky I didn't spend my money there.

These people are really smart and i always visit mobile palace whenever I have problem with my phone. And they always fix it. And they always provide good products like covers, tempered glass, chargers and other mobile accesories.Good quality products at very resonable prices.

Manita has served me both times in two consecutive days. I have walked past Mobile Palace many times and had been greeted with Manita’s beautiful and welcoming smile, a wonderful asset to possess.She’s softly spoken, polite and very helpful indeed. And most all, I appreciate Manita’s professionalism. She is definitely an invaluable employee for Mobile Palace.

Scammers!. Do not go to this place! Bought a mobile glass cover with installation for $65 with 3 month warranty. Within 1 week the cover started coming off. Went back and they said it wasn't there fault and they couldn't do anything! Ended up paying $50 for a replacement. Reporting this place to ACCC!
