Apologies for very late review!I needed to move a small upright piano from Western Sydney (single storey house) to the Inner west (townhouse with a flight of stairs - 24 steps in total and narrow corridors).I had contacted several piano movers and was given quotes up to $2500 for the single move and was starting to get quite frustrated. Waiting for the quotes also took up to a week or so!This all changed when I got in contact with Gary at Sydney Piano Removals. He was very efficient, friendly and responsive; advising me to take photos of the townhouse we lived in and gave me an immediate quote after providing the photos and the move was immediately booked for the day after!On the day of the move, the removalists arrived promptly within the stated 30-minute time frame and they were all extremely polite and careful with my piano. Watching them move the piano was like watching a highly professional synchronized swimming event, with all their moves in harmony with one another.When they arrived at the townhouse, they managed to navigate tight corners and corridors without missing a single beat. The condition of my piano arrived in its original state with just a bit of dust from the blankets that were used to protect it during the drive.It was overall an extremely happy experience because the price was affordable, and the customer service had surpassed my expectations from the very start (trying to obtain a quote) to the very last upon delivery.I would highly recommend Sydney Piano Removals to everyone! I am extremely happy with the service provided by Afford Piano Removals. I messaged them on a Sunday afternoon in relation to getting a pool table relocated and the message was replied to extremely quick and they were able to do the removal in 2 days at a very reasonable cost. On the day they were on time and very efficient and by midday the pool table was reassembled and levelled in my house. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a heavy item moved at a great cost. Not to mention all 3 people that turned up were very friendly. SUPER HAPPY!

Got our Digital Grand Piano moved from a tricky location in an even trickier weather to our home. Couldn’t ask for a more careful and more professional service! We had 3 people on our job and they were immaculate with our piano and gave us good communication of when to expect them. We were very anxious about the terrible weather beforehand but Gary was very assuring and patient the whole time. Lovely service! A little dearer than Airtasker but worth it! Will definitely use them again!
