The customer service at Coffs Cleaner World is exceptional. The team are knowledgeable and able to provide great advice and quality products. I have purchased vacuum cleaners, cleaning, laundry and paper products. Their showroom is immaculate and easy to browse. The online store is great and the prices are very competitive. I love that I can buy in bulk for my domestic use.

I bought a SEBO vacuumCleaner a few years ago. Recently had to take the wand in because not retracting.It was fixed the next day, a phone callMade as promised to let me know it was ready and no charge when I collected it.Neil and his staff are always courteous, professional and they know their stuff.An exceptional business to deal with fantastic after sales service. A true pleasure to deal with.

Really helpful and expert in their field. Great range of products (I dare anyone to go in there and not find something they need or want!). Recently had a hand-held Dyson problem: Neale knew immediately what was wrong and had it repaired in a flash. Their bulk cleaning products are cost-effective and work brilliantly. Excellent service.
