Delivery driver didn't understand how to work the intercom so after doing it wrong, they decided to just leave a note saying I wasn't home. I got the email a few minutes afterwards, so rang them up to ask why and can they bring back my delivery. The guy on phone was pretty rude, but he obviously rang the delivery driver because she came back about 3-5 minutes later ( also failed to use intercom again ) but I saw the van and ran down stairs and showed her how to use it. So while they may not be able to work a simple intercom, they do actually answer phone quickly and ring their vans and get them to redeliver. So overall not too bad, shouldn't of had to of gone through all that to get my parcel, but in the end of the day I got my stuff.

The staff were very helpful especially Taryn who did all she could to help me get my parcels back to interstate. The driver who collected my parcels was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be using them again if the need arises and I cannot recommend them highly enough. One very satisfied customer.Helen Salter

Believe every negative review on here. These people have forgotten that they are humans dealing with other humans and only want to belittle and bully. It was enough to make me cancel my Amazon subscription.I could tell from the beginning of our phone conversation that they had no interest in getting my package delivered to me (unfortunate, as they are a delivery company). Among a plethora of unprofessional and at times even personal comments made by customer service, I was told the driver attempted three deliveries. The third delivery attempt" was two minutes after the second one on that same day. I assume it was purely so they could say they had made three attempts.Instead of trying to understand my situation and work with me

In this current market of tight labour shortages CTI Express are an absolute lifesaver. Travelling on the Mitchell Freeway today,November 2nd at 2.04pm. Just before Read turn off. When one of their trucks 1CRS 552 was speeding in the 80km section due to the roadworks. He wheeled in between cars as obviously not happy.

I was received a missed delivery slip and i was phoned them to fix-up a pickup ,guess what?, That was literally a rude and unfriendly response, i ever received in Oz. The person handled a phone call, just impatient to hear anything. not suitable to handle a customer relation / front face of business.been a affected customer, I would like suggest CTI Xpress to provide their customer service personal a suitable training or allocate a suitable user/customer friendly staff to handle the customer calls.As we are a multi cultural community, it is a 'must have professional quality' of customer service personal, at-least should show some patient to hear customers from different language/geographical backgrounds.I was about to sent a unsatisfactory letter to a supplier, who i had ordered a parcel regarding this mistreatment by their delivery partner , but omitted as I noticed CTI's other delivery/pickup processes are good & efficient.I would have given five star rating for their service, if I was not received a arrogant call response.Hoping this review note will help them to improve their services ( If they care about their customer feedback). Wishing CTI Xpress a successful future in the business.

Didn't actually get anything delivered, but my neighbour did and as the driver was reversing out of our shared drive way, he smashed into one of my fruit trees. And drove off. I repaired the tree and called CTI to let them know. The driver then came back to assess the damage- I only saw him leaving after he had checked the tree. No knocking on the door to say sorry for damaging my property, nothing. And no call back from the manager who I was told would call back. Poor customer relations. A simple apology for being a crap reverser and damaging my tree would have been nice. Would have taken only a minute to say sorry.

Someone is impersonating this company to scam and extort people for money and the lady I spoke to on the phone did not care at all. Don't trust this company at all if they do not care that their image.

Had a chat with a bloke called BRETT NORRISHHe said he’s the ‘managing director’ of CTII can tell you this guy is an absolute rubbish as I run a multi location business importing from overseas and have over 15tn a week of pallets so I had a chat with him as recommended by a friend of mine and he is no good to deal with very unprofessional very poor communication skills and overall just disrespectful to have a chatHe even made a comment about my southern Italy accentThat’s a not a good way to represent the business .But in the end of the day it’s not my loss you lots just lost a big contract that could’ve made a difference if not for the ‘managing director’If there were to be a 0 star review I would’ve put it there
