Excellent all female gym which has a great atmosphere. All the trainers are friendly and supportive and allow you to do your own thing as well as provide guidance when you need it. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this gym. I initially joined this gym to only get toned for my wedding. The ladies helped me feel confident and strong not just on the wedding day but everyday since. This was nearly 2 years ago. I've learnt losing weight on the scales doesn't mean everything. I've gained muscle weight and have toned my body ready for the summer holiday. **Michelle reminds us skinny jeans" with every squat (^.^)Over the two years I've achieved much more than I've imagined. I've hiked down Gornergrat in Switzerland and hiked above the clouds on Mt Hallasan

Have recently joined this gym and find it couldn’t be better for me. I have had some serious health issues in the past and everything is geared around my needs personally. Am very happy with the attention to detail and the constant support I am receiving. Highly recommend this very friendly and professional gym.

Ahh Tone&Trim Zone just the name makes my muscles sing (in the best way possible).T&TZ is my favourite place to be, which is crazy coming from me, because just 8 months ago I hated/refused to move!.If you've been to other gyms and not had such an amazing life changing experience like I have then your at the wrong gym. T&TZ isn't just your average gym it's a 2nd family, you get to know and love the trainers and your well aquatinted if not friends with all the members, we all work out together and encourage each other to keep going and PUSH THROUGH THE BURNNNN!!!!.Thank You T&TZ For Making Me The Best Me I Honestly Can Be.

I’ve been joining Michelle at boxing on a Wednesday night for the last few months.I love going to boxing, it’s hard work but worth it, once you get the rhythm it’s so much fun. Michelle walks us through the sets and we then get to do them ourselves with our partner. Every week we have a laugh but definitely walk out feeling that we worked hard and that’s a super good feeling.

Hi Everyone. I want to let you know about this great gym in Ringwood East which is Tone & Trim Zone and have only good things to say about it. The manager here is wonderful and caring that really make people feel welcome and want to participate.The team are worth their weight in gold and has given me the reassurance I can get healthy and fit at a reasonable pace. I have had great conversations and laughs with everyone there whilst getting fit. The room is kept super clean and tidy and that for me is a real drawcard. There is products that you can buy and helps you on your getting fit journey. Good Advice. Great Place.
