The renovation of my very old 1940s house has just been completed by George of Smith & Sons Sutherland and the transformation has been fabulous. George listened and understood the changes I wanted. He scheduled all trades to complete works then inspected all jobs to ensure a high standard on completion. Ongoing communications ensured that l was aware of the building progress. Smith & Son's Renovations & Extensions Sutherland Shire completed a major repair on an upstairs balcony where the waterproofing had failed and leaked into a downstairs lounge area.George Khoury the principal builder was a pleasure to work with, he outlined the costs and scope of works in detail and the work was completed exactly as stated. George from Smith & Sons Sutherland Shire did a complete renovation of my home office, from stripping it to a bare shell to the quality office it is today. It was a quality job at a reasonable price.I was so impressed I contracted him to knock down the back wall of the family room and install bifold glass doors which open up onto an outside deck overlooking the swimming pool. I had quotes over 50% dearer than George with lesser quality bifold doors.I have no hesitation in reommending George from Smith and Son Sutherland Shire for quality craftsmanship and price.
