Staff are incredibly helpful and kind, I was in yesterday and got help with finding a good fit in some RM boots. To the lady who helped me understand sizing and got out a few different sized boots for me to try on, I didn’t get your name but cheers for your awesome customer service. You are so patient and you explained everything so thoroughly! You even went the extra mile to write down the sizing for me. Definitely will be coming back to this store for sure!
