Warning - Dont shop at Gamesworld because their products are really bad quality, always missing parts and instructions. The staff in most of the stores are really badly trained in customer relations. Ive had several friends and many many clients say the same thing. So beware shopping at any of the Gamesworld stores because you dont get what you pay for.

Very impressed with the service today , they went above and beyond for us :)We had bought the wrong item accidentally and returned it to get the correct one. They didn't have it in stock, but we don't have our licenses and needed it for this weekend, so a lovely employee picked it up from another store on the way to work for us! Amazing customer service, thank-you.

We bought a puzzle for 26$ and found the exact same one in toy world for $18. We returned after 5 minutes and the rude lady told us we don’t have return policy, even if you’d bought item right now and she said that really RUDE

Games world stores have no competitive advantage. Their prices are higher than their competitors and they don't have a 30 day return policy. You can only exchange the goods. Why would you pay more money to them when you can't even return back the goods is beyond me. I was very disappointed with these terms and recommended that management addresses these issues.

Amazing customer service! Jordan (sorry if incorrectly spelt) deserves a pay rise! Went there today with one of my best friend and they gave me the best customer service I’ve ever seen, went above and beyond. I’d give a six star review if I could!

Inflexible customer service. My son bought me a puzzle for Christmas and lost the receipt. He paid cash which I thought they would prefer to credit. Staff refused to swap for a more expensive item (with my paying the difference) because his word that he purchased it there two weeks later not good enough for them. A bank statement would have proved he bought it there. They still had the same puzzle for sale in their store. I'll be shopping somewhere more flexible in future.

Everyone giving less than a 5 star review sounds like they're throwing a tantrum. This place has everything you need in terms of board games, card games, puzzles etc. And to top it off, the staff are awesome; they really know what they're talking about and even convinced me to pick up a game I was on the fence about for ages. If you go in and see Jordan working, just know you're in good hands!

Went there on Wednesday to get a gift for someone. I was a bit overwhelmed and confused with all the options for a particular game. A young lady came over to help me and I just want to say that she was fantastic! she was so friendly and helpful. I feel like not many places have good customer service like that anymore and she deserves some credit! Thanks again!
