Lounge is made well and no issues with delivery BUT the sales assistant was hopeless writing the order down and confused us. I stated numerous times we wanted a 3 + 2 seater lounge and yet 2 x 2.5 lounges were ordered. On the sales order there are 2 places for size and we were continuously directed to a space that indicated seats of the lounges so we thought this was what we asked for and signed the form. They even had NO idea about colour and told me the colour I wanted wasn't available - I had to call back and correct them after checking the website. Response from store when I raised this issue was initially -'we want customers happy' from an assistant, only to have the Store Manager send 2 emails to tell me essentially it was 'too bad, so sad' - a.k.a we have your money so bad luck. I even sent in a copy of the order to show where the confusion was but to no avail. NEVER AGAIN NICK SCALI- AVOID THE RUTHERFORD NSW STORE. I should have ordered on the website - I would have got what I wanted. First new lounge in 20 years and such a horrible disappointment.

Payed up front 1400 for a tv cabinet that I was told would be delivered on the 17/01/22 it is now 29/04/22 and the cabinet has arrived without legs. The delivery was postponed 6 times they said due to covid? Do not buy from nick scali. They will promise you a delivery date they cannot meet. They will take your money and then string you alone a few weeks at a time to stop you getting refund until they can actually deliver. They refunded me 70 dollars delivery but then the driver asked me for it still even though there was no legs on the cabinet. They had nothing to offer me and were not sorry about the situation at all.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

A good experience shopping at Nick Scali for our lounge. We thought this place would be beyond our price range, however, were pleasantly surprised at the sale price of some couches. We found the staff to be helpful but not pushy. They were able to give us all the information we needed and were upfront and advised of all the waiting periods for delivery. Unfortunately the couch did take 1 week longer to be delivered, however, this was out of our control and acceptable given the climate of COVID-19. We are very happy that we decided to purchase a good quality lounge.

We found a lounge from the Rutherford store and put $2000 deposit on the 14th September, we were told 10/12 weeks, we were given option for delivery, we took it, didn’t get longe until today, no correspondence from the store with updates, then told delivery was Tuesday, spoke to the store manager, Dylan was very rude and showed no customer service after spending $4000 plus, we asked for Delivery Saturday due to both work full time again told by Dylan rudely basically tough luck it’s Tuesday or it would go back to wear house in Sydney. We asked if it could be delivered to store in Rutherford and told No space just like that.When we ordered we were given no information, the only correspondence has been when we have rung, it’s like once they get your money they don’t care. I will never purchase from Rutherford store again, I will also infomercial family and friend of the poor customer service, and for Dylan, well he needs an attitude adjustment and training.

Well absolutely the worst customer service ever. I cannot believe how they remain in business when they make Basil Fawlty look like 10/10. Of the 3 pieces of furniture we bought one was usable. Dining table built incorrectly so their solution? Well you can have a new one in 6 weeks. Our 11 year old worked out that Mmmm what was wrong. Sofa delivered with no bolts to attach the legs with. My biggest problem though? Not a single apology. No. How can we fix this. I would seriously avoid this place and if you have a problem don’t bother phoning customer ‘service’. They are rude. Unhelpful. Make it seem like they are doing you a favour. Wish I had never wasted 10 k in this place. Goodbye. You are the weakest links.

My partner and I purchased a Lounge from Nick Scarli, and it the worst decision we have made. At the initial point of sale we were treated great and given amazing service , fast forward a few months , and we find the sales person we dealt with was fired for lying . And of corse , we were one of the customers who were lied to.The staff at Nick Scarli then acted like that it was my problem that they had a staff member lying to make sales. And not their issue to resolve. You also can’t call the branch direct , so trying to solve these issues is a huge headache.At the time when we purchased this lounge, we also purchased the rest of the houses furniture from Harvey Norman, the difference between service is night and day.In short , if you are thinking to buy from Nick Scarli…… just don’t

I ordered a lounge 1/7/20 and was told by the store that due to covid I could wait longer for the lounge but at the maximum my wait time would be 14 weeks but most likely 12 weeks. It is now the 7/11/20 and I still don’t have a lounge or a date for my lounges arrival. As an ETA mid December, not guaranteed. Which means half a year for a lounge? I still haven’t even been told what the delay is! I wasn’t even told by Nick Scali about the delay until I phoned them 12 weeks into my wait time because each time I attempted to “track my order” my order couldn’t be found! I have requested a call from a regional manager which is now been over 2 weeks wait with no response and the online chat team don’t even reply to messages. It is an absolute joke and I will never ever purchase from Nick Scali again.

very bad place to buy from it. we bought a set of Tono dinning table and small tables..they send us totaly different ugly dark brown one and refused refund .Dylan was very rude to my wife that she left crying..headoffice kept saying lies and refused to send us emails with any solution..we are taking it to fairtrading now

Placed a deposit on lounge with Accidental Damage Warranty (ADW). Was informed that ADW was not an option for this product. Am still trying to get my refund from the cancelled order after calling three different departments, and sending three emails to different agencies, I am still awaiting my 30% refund after 2 weeks now.

I am appalled by the entire company Nick scali, who care more about taking money from customers rather than delivering goods and reconsiling mistakes.We spent up to $4000 on a new lounge for our growing family, with money that was gifted to us.We thought Nick scali's products were worth the money due to our previous lounge being from there and lasting us seven years until it was time to upgrade.Not ONCE we're we ever told or shown that the fabric would wrinkle or puddle". We were even shown the exact same lounge from one of the employees in the same colour we decided to go with and no puddling was shown. Neither was the one on display that not only myself and husband looked at multiple times
