Beautiful place to stay ! Sunsets the best ! Specials menu Was disappointing with my barra, hardly any on my plate at all. Looked dismal. Was starving half hour later.Bed rolled to side a bit, but was comfy in middle. Would still stay here always, perfect location and close to where I came for work.

Got a $23 salad that ended up being two thirds corn chips and when I asked if I could change it the old lady in the bistro treated me terribly, didn’t get an apology, said I’d pay the difference if I could swap my food for something else off the menu and was super polite about it but was just given attitude as she took more of my money. The younger staff are lovely though.

3 vegan options which was great! But you’d think they’d get it right. Tofu with GINGER sauce came out with sweet chilli sauce out of a bottle no doubt mixed along with some dried chillies. That was as far as what was presented in their menu as being ‘ginger sauce’. Not even a hint of ‘ginger’!

I stay here frequently for work and honestly I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The hotel rooms are fabulous!!So comfortable and always clean. The view of the sea is gorgeous.The staff here are pretty wonderful, from Julie and Jess who great you in reception to Karen and Sharon who always great you warmly in the dining room. The food is always good.Highly recommend!!!

The bistro was atrocious, my partner and I had been driving for 10 hours, hoping to have a good meal. He ordered a steak, medium. When it came out, it had clearly been microwaved and was medium rare. I order a chicken schnitzel, it was also microwaved and pink. I am pregnant, and was very upset that I was served pink chicken. Overall, it was very disappointing. We went in around 7:30 and they were clearly rushing orders to clean up and close. Had no care for the food they were serving, or even safety of the food.

Standing in the back bar waiting for service, I must of been invisible. Some of the bar staff need an attitude adjustment.In my last place of employment, I was always told, don't punish the many for the sins of a few".If bar staff can't manage unruly customers with all the legislation in place

Nice hotel with a great outlook of the bay.All areas of the hotel were clean and well maintained. The room I had was very comfortable, and spacious. It has a large dining room and serves breakfast lunch and dinner. The food was good and plentiful.

The hotel well situated in the heart of the town. The beautiful pier is directly out the front door with amazing sunsets. The hotel staff were accommodating and they have a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Great place to stay

The food and service was terrific. We both had grilled fish, whiting & flake, both were melt in your mouth. You have an awesome view of the sunset over the jetty.
