Donnybrook Family Doctors
Dr Lia is great, very helpful, very clear, a wonderful doctor. Sadly the reception staff are unprofessional, overly bureaucratic and hostile. So I won't be going back, despite my liking for Dr Lia. You can't trust a doctor's surgery which is willing to accept such unprofessional behaviour amongst its reception staff.

Absolute worst doctors. Had a shoulder injury. Been off work waiting on workers compensation to be completed by the gp for over three weeks, all he had to do was sign some forms or send an email. Been chasing it up for weeks only for the doctors to drop it.Now I have to start it all over again with someone else. Disgusting. Don't recommend for anything other than a simple script. If they can't do paper work, I wont trust them to be a great doctor.

Have used this service and so has my son and grandkids. Had a thorough check out from dr and always friendly. Great to have a bulk billing dr in town!

Have found this practice to be very good. Front desk is friendly and helpful, Dr Singh is thorough and knowledgeable. Record keeping is excellent. Appointments are on time. Bulk billing. What more do you want

This doctors service is friendly and completely professional.The added bonus is they also bulk bill.Generally always have appointments available and the doctors and staff are very personable.

Went in after spending 2 days in hospital to discuss the results and further treatments. Half way through the doctor" stood up opened the door and said i have to come back another time and make a longer appointment. They made the appointment for me after i told them everything over the phone.Worst practice in WA!"
