I have brought numerous pumps over the years for fire fighting units and for temporary stock water transfers. The quality is now very bad. I brought a 3 inch cast iron diesel pump in December used it for a couple of fires over summer Mumballup Noggerup area and washed some machinery down last week and pump impeller failed. I had the same issues last year with same type of pump that one sheared the engine shaft so unusable now after less than 10 hours use. Nothing is interchangeable with the 2 wet ends so must have been an issue before and is still an issue

Sorry for the poor review mate but I only used the pressure washer once 4 months ago from newWhen I went to use it again,there isNo pressure, I couldn't get the connectionsTo release from the pressure nozzle, the gun and the machine.It's ok to say bring it back. Time and resources is the issue

Spent 2.5 hrs loading trailor up and forty minute round trip to go to garpen on a sat morn after ringing the week before to confirm sat opening the biz was closed called mob on web, owner couldnt care less ! Said he wont lose any sleep over it poor customer service bad attitude to a customer who's only mistake was trusting what garpen had told him
