Great high quality furniture, however a little on the pricey side.Darren the manager is great to deal with and is responsive to any questions or concerns.Deliveries are arranged through a seperate company and only available week days. Delivery fee also payable on day of delivery and not calculated into point of sale.

Beware!! I purchased an item from this store and was assured by a staff member that I could exchange it for another item if the print did not suit our house. Lies! They told me later that this is not their policy and would not allow me to exchange the item even though it was still wrapped. I will never shop there again. Thanks for nothing OZ design Bendigo, your customer service is appalling!!

I’m very happy with with my new lounge from Oz furniture but I’m not very happy about the discrimination and ignorance that I’ve felt from one of the staff at the Bendigo store. I purchased a lounge from their store and expected it to be delivered as suggested by the store, through their delivery service.I mentioned that I travelled recently from Western Australia. I was then asked if I was in self isolation and if have I been tested.I was then told that the delivery staff were not comfortable to deliver my lounge to my home. (By the way Victoria doesn’t required people to self isolate if they are travelling from interstate.) Nor do I suit the current criteria for testing as I’ve not travelled overseas, nor have I been exposed to anyone who has the virus or had any symptoms.Thing is I didn’t have to say anything at all.The lounge was delivered by a third party that was organised by Oz Furniture in Bendigo at further expense to me!Thank you Oz Furniture Bendigo you might have great furniture but you have ignorant and uninformed staff at your store. I won’t every shop at your store again.

Really happy with our new lounge suite and the service we received. We have had the delivery guys attend our home a couple of times now and they are the happiest and quickest i have experienced. good on you guys keep up the good work!

I purchased some bar stools at OZ furniture recently. I was very happy with the service and product. I felt like the staff were very kind and friendly. Would happily shop there again.
